Make work more human.

Create a better culture.

Employees have more options than ever before. The gig economy offers viable and lucrative career options, the market is making it impossible not to consider alternatives, and with more confidence than previous generations, today’s workforce makes job changes at the drop of a hat. We have no option but to make our workplace the destination workplace. And we’re not talking about ping pong tables and beer kegs. We’re talking culture.

Improve leader effectiveness.

Regardless of the department, the discipline, or the job description, we need leaders who motivate us, inspire us, and enable us to do our best work. It doesn’t matter if we’re selling products, building code, creating masterpieces, or counting pennies. To be successful, leaders must build and maintain teams that drive results.

Inspire a sense of belonging.

DEIB is not just a buzzword (or acronym), it’s a data-backed, research-driven strategy to build a more effective company. The problem is that most DEIB programming falls short in a some key ways. It’s either too focused on mindset change, which takes decades, or it’s too focused on structural change, which comes with innumerable roadblocks. If we want to see true change in our organizations, we need everyone to step up and commit to a proactive, accountable approach to inclusion; one that we can measure.

Want to see Kristen in action?

Kristen has delivered public talks, private presentations, and even some amateur video training to help leaders find their way in the pandemic.

“Kristen is a master at making sure our HR stuff resonates. She makes it human, and people respond to that.”

-Megan Sireci | Director of HR @ CarGurus

Say what?

“Kristen is not only a creative and exceedingly credible thought partner in team and organizational dynamics, she also has the unique ability to take on something seemingly complex and make it simple. Kristen has supported our organization on efforts ranging from developing more effective facilitation skills, fostering self-advocacy in our emerging female leaders, and enhancing leadership team effectiveness. Across every engagement Kristen brought relevant and succinct approaches, levity in her style, and most importantly noticeable impact. None of Kristen’s methods are “out of the box” and she truly builds a bespoke solution to each initiative she leads. I couldn’t recommend Kristen highly enough.”

— Brian Hughes | Vice President, Talent Management @ Alnylam Pharmaceuticals

"Kristen has been instrumental in guiding the development of our culture, leadership and organization. She has ensured that we all love and live our working values, which has resulted in continuous growth, year over year."

— Douglas Price | CEO @ Pro Sound Effects

“Kristen is a highly skilled and super brilliant facilitator, as well as a great thought partner. My expectations are repeatedly exceeded, and I heartily recommend her. It's a true pleasure to work with Kristen.”

— Anne Kurzenberger | Senior Director HR & Talent Operations @ Parker Life

“The group's reactions to you and these sessions are incredible. I don't know that they've had this much positivity and enthusiasm for anything we've ever done. We continue to hear nothing but incredibly positive feedback on their sessions with you.”

— Mikal C. Harden | CEO & Co-founder @ Juno Search Partners

“Kristen was the perfect partner to help us create and formalize our first Career Development Framework, helping to articulate transparent, equitable & navigable career progression paths for our crew. She asked the right questions and took the time to get to know our business, company values, leadership team, and the ins and outs of each discipline and each role, which was key to bringing this project to life.”

— Kristin Daversa | SVP, People & Culture @ Big Spaceship
